Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage II-IV ovarian cancer recurrence within 1-6 months after platinum chemotherapy; 2. Those who have no contraindications to intravenous chemotherapy; 3. Have received a partial course of second-line chemotherapy before this study, and the second-line chemotherapy is effective; 4. During the second-line chemotherapy, only pelvic-abdominal recurrence occurred in the imaging assessment, which can be completely removed by surgery; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in a life-threatening emergency state; 2. Combined with other malignant diseases or serious medical diseases; 3. Mental illness or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the experiment; 4. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
