Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for patients with necrotizing soft tissue infection (NSTI): highly suspected NSTI and surgical incision; 2.Inclusion criteria for non-NSTI patients: Patients with skin / soft tissue infection not up to the inclusion criteria for NSTI patients; 3.The criteria for healthy subjects were: age matched with NSTI patients and non NSTI patients without diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, tumor, liver, kidney and autoimmune diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged < 18 years; 2.Patients with hospital stay less than 12 hours and incomplete clinical data; 3.Patients with skin diseases other than cellulitis and NSTI; 4.Patients with blood borne infectious diseases; 5.Patients enrolled in other clinical studies at the same time; 6.Patients unwilling to sign informed consent.
