Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young men; 2. Have strength training and flexibility training habits; 3. No hamstring injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of hamstring muscle injury, interfere with the calculation of skeletal muscle structure parameters; 2. Other injuries that affect the stretcher of the hamstring; 3. Participants who cannot complete the entire project.
