Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) SLE group: meet the 1997 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) SLE classification standard or the 2012 Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinic (SLICC) SLE classification standard. (2) CLE group: according to Duesseldorf diagnostic grouping criteria, comprehensive reference to clinical, pathological characteristics and serological indicators. (3) Normal control group: 1:1 group matching is adopted, and the following conditions are met: the gender is the same as the matched case; the age is the same as or the difference between the matched case is within one year of age; it has no blood relationship with the matched case; No immune-related diseases (such as psoriasis, dermatomyositis, scleroderma, rheumatoid barrier, type 1 diabetes, Beh?ets disease, Sjogrens syndrome, hyperthyroidism, etc.); no family history of immune-related diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have any physical or mental illness that may affect the normal progress of the evaluation will be excluded, such as: patients with physical disorders such as hearing or speech impairment; patients with neurological lupus in active condition (can still be assessed after remission). The population included in this study are all permanent residents of my country with Chinese ancestry. In theory, there is no age limit for inclusion, but considering that the participating researchers are dermatologists and rheumatologists, lupus patients with neonates and younger infants are temporarily excluded. The inclusion age is >= 4 years.
