18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males aged 18-30 from Beijing Sports University; 2. Have a history of ankle sprain for more than 12 months; 3. CAIT scale score <= 24 points; 4. No ankle sprain within 3 months before the experiment; 5. No lower extremity fractures and other injuries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is a history of lower extremity, lower extremity fractures, or nervous system, vestibular system disease.
