Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients who have a caesarean section in the selection; 3. Patients with high-risk pregnancy (eduzen and seizure seizure, double tire and multi-pregnant, etc.); 4. ASA II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart disease or lung disease (patients diagnosed as pulmonary edema, etc.); 2. General anesthesia caesarean section; 3. Spinal temporal anesthesia contraindication (spinal malformation, history of trauma, anesthetic drug allergy, etc.); 4. Severe incomplete liver and kidney function; 5. Refuse to participate in research.
