18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI > 25 or more than 3 STOP-BANG scores who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Willing to accept the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grading >= 3, such as: combined with severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes, etc .; 2. Patients with abnormal abnormalities and neuropathy lead to abnormal sensation; 3. Patients with the history of allergic to drugs; 4. Patients with severe coagulation function; 5. Baseline blood oxygen saturation <95%.
