Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Choose children with lower respiratory tract infections in the Shanghai Children's Medical Center, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine during September 2021-March 2022; 2. Aged 29 days-18 years; 3. The diagnostic criteria in which the lower respiratory tract infection includes the community to obtain pneumonia, acute bronchitis or capillary bronchitis within 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of hospitalization within 30 days before admission; 2. The acquisition of SAA, CRP, PCT and blood routine specimens were not completed within 24 hours after admission; 3. There is primary or acquired immunodeficiency; 4. There is a active malignant tumor; 5. Refused to participate in this clinical study and not signed an informed consent.
