Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral infarction confirmed by brain MRI within 7 days of onset; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. The patient or family members signed the informed consent; 4. Review MRI on admission, when clinical symptoms worsen, and before discharge; 5. It can be evaluated with NIHSS, MoCA and MMSE scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from cerebral infarction within 3 months; 2. History of previous brain surgery or hemorrhagic stroke; 3. Hemorrhagic transformation was found during follow-up; 4. Lost to follow-up; 5. Unconsciousness (NIHSS > 25); 6. MRI scan contraindications; 7. Heart disease: infectious endocarditis or suspected infectious emboli, pericarditis, ventricular thrombosis, aneurysm of the heart wall, severe heart failure, etc.; 8. Aphasia.
