Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B and chronic HBV carriers in the ''2019 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B in China''. 2. Patients with chronic hepatitis B took TDF/TAF for antiviral therapy for 48 weeks, and the HBV DNA was less than or equal to 2000 IU/ml detected by high sperm virology. The chronic HBV carriers had not received any antiviral therapy measures. 3. Aged 18-60 years, gender is not limited. 4. Understand and follow the research requirements, voluntarily provide test samples, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not take TDF/TAF strictly according to the doctor's advice during the antiviral treatment, and change the medicine and stop the medicine at will. 2. Combined with other chronic liver diseases such as chronic non-alcoholic liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, other viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver damage, autoimmune hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, liver cancer. 3. Complicated with diabetes, hypertension, obesity (BMI>=28), HIV, autoimmune disease, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, malignant tumor, history of gastrointestinal surgery. 4. History of taking antibiotics or intravenous infusion within 8 weeks, history of taking proton pump inhibitors, history of taking bile acid regulating drugs, history of taking probiotics. Alcohol abuse, drinking >20g/day for men and >10g/day for women. 5. Pregnancy.
