Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Research group: patients with unexplained poor ovarian reserve, aged 20-40 years. 2. Control group: patients with normal ovarian reserve, aged 20-40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Donor oocyte cycles, PGT cycles; 2. Patients with the reasons of POR; 3. Patients with the habit of smoking or drinking alcohol; 4. BMI>= 30 kg/m^2, < 18 kg/m^2.
