25 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-35 years; 2. Physical health, no systemic diseases, no infectious diseases, no mental and psychological diseases; 3. Inflammation is obvious, accompanied by periodontal abscess, periodontal pocket depth >6 mm, attachment loss >=5 mm, alveolar bone absorption more than 1/2 of the root length, bifurcation lesions in many teeth, loosening and displacement of teeth; 4. The patient has agreed to participate in the study and has signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within 6 months prior to the study; 2. Brain disease, abnormal judgment ability; 3. The history of periodontal treatment and local or systemic antibiotic use in the last 6 years; 4. Use of anti-inflammatory drugs in the last 3 months before the initial examination; 5. Pregnant women or women who have had a miscarriage within 3 months.
