Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in ''Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019'' formulated by the Vascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Unilateral stroke and the first onset must be confirmed by cranial computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; 3. Aged between 18 and 65 years; 4. The course of the disease is more than 2 weeks, and the condition is stable; 5. There is balance dysfunction, standing balance can reach grade I; 6. Agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other neurological diseases (including traumatic brain injury) or mental disorders other than stroke; 2. Cerebellum or brainstem injury; 3. Subjects with contraindications to TMS, such as wearing a pacemaker, intracranial metal implants or skull defects, previous history of epilepsy, pregnancy, etc.; 4. Severe cognitive or speech impairment; 5. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 6. Participate in other TMS-related studies during the same period.
