Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conduct prenatal examinations in the outpatient department of our hospital and establish a complete health care manual for pregnant women; 2. Primipara, singleton pregnancy; 3. Pregnant women with GDM diagnosed according to the GDM diagnostic criteria published by IADPSG in 2010; 4. Previous health, no history of metabolic diseases; no pregnancy complicated with serious medical and surgical diseases (such as heart, liver, kidney and other diseases, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypertension, etc.); 5. No previous mental illness such as depression and anxiety; 6. Have certain language reading and word comprehension skills, and be able to complete all questionnaires independently; 7. Sign the informed consent and be willing to cooperate with the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with limited physical activity; 2. Suffering from the following diseases: cervical insufficiency, history of premature birth, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, and other reasons doctors do not recommend exercise.
