50 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-60 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. High school to undergraduate education level; 4. Patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes meet the general diagnostic criteria for diabetes, including symptoms of diabetes (polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, weight loss, etc.) and random blood sugar >11.1mmol/L, fasting blood sugar >=7.0mmol/L, 2h blood sugar after 75g glucose load (OGTT) >=11.1mmol/L; 5. Use insulin therapy only to control blood sugar.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used antibiotics within 6 months before the start of the study; 2. Use drugs other than insulin to control blood glucose level; 3. Comorbid with severe hypertension, COPD, heart failure, or severe dyslipidemia; 4. With other endocrine diseases, severe organ dysfunction with heart or kidney insufficiency; 5. Combined with tumor diseases; 6. In the menstrual period when participating in the research; 7. Pregnant or lactating patients; 8. There are hearing, vision, or language barriers; 9. Diagnosed by an experiencing psychiatrist with a mental or emotional illness; 10. Concomitant or discovered through brain structural MRI examination, with neurological degenerative diseases, brain trauma or cerebrovascular diseases, and other organic brain diseases; 11. There are metal implants or other magnetic resonance contraindications; 12. Patients with claustrophobia; 13. Other types of diabetes.
