Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sub-project 3: Inclusion criteria for clinicians: (1) Qualified practitioners; (2) Currently performing diagnosis and treatment as a clinician in an orthopedic medical group, or have 3 months or more of orthopedic diagnosis and treatment experiences; (3) Orthopedic clinicians (including trauma, joint, sports medicine, spine, pediatric orthopedics and other related subspecialties); 2. Sub-project 5: Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Local residents (hukou or permanent residence address is located in the city where the hospital is located); (2) Hospitalized patients with fractures aged 50 years and above; (3) Hospitalized patients with the following fractures: pelvic fracture, hip fracture, thoracic spine fracture, lumbar spine fracture, osteoporosis with pathological fracture, proximal humerus fracture, and distal radius fracture; 3. Sub-project 6: Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Local residents (live in the city where the hospital is located for half a year or more); (2) Hospitalized patients with fractures aged 50 years and above; (3) First fracture, without history of fracture; (4) Never diagnosed as "osteoporosis" before admission; (5) No fracture history, or BMD tests, or anti-osteoporosis drug treatment in the 4 years before admission; (6) Hospitalized patients with the following fractures: pelvic fracture, hip fracture, thoracic spine fracture, lumbar spine fracture, and osteoporosis with pathological fracture; (7) New osteoporotic fracture: fracture that occurs after minor trauma or daily activities, such as a fracture caused by a fall from height of less than 1 meter or a cough; fracture happened within 4 weeks; (8) Not living in a nursing or rehabilitation institution before fracture; (9) Possess reading ability, and can read and understand informed consent forms or medical materials independently. 4. Sub-project 7: Inclusion criteria for caregivers of patients with fracture: (1) Aged 18 years and above; Main caregivers of patients with fragility fracture, or immediate family of patients (spouse, parents, siblings, or children); (2) Possess reading ability, and can read and understand informed consent forms or medical materials independently. 5. Sub-project 8: Inclusion criteria for nurses: (1) registered nurses; (2) working in the orthopaedic ward or orthopaedic outpatient clinic.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sub-project 5: Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients with pathological fractures caused by tumor or infection; (2) Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder; (3) AIDS patients; (4) Patients who refuse to follow-up, or have poor compliance for follow-up, or fail to understand and cooperate for follow-up; (5) Other conditions that the investigator considered inappropriate to enroll. 2. Sub-project 6: Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Patients with pathological fractures caused by tumor or infection; (2) Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental disorder; (3) AIDS patients; (4) Patients who refuse to follow-up, or have poor compliance for follow-up, or fail to understand and cooperate for follow-up; (5) Patients who have participate in other studies; (6) Other conditions that the investigator considered inappropriate to enroll. 3. Sub-project 7: Exclusion criteria for caregivers of patients with fracture: (1) Caregivers have poor compliance for follow-up, or fail to understand and cooperate for follow-up; (2) Other conditions that the investigator considered inappropriate to enroll.
