Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis" of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the diagnosis of primary osteoarthritis of the knee is clear, and the inner side of the knee is painful, and the conservative treatment effect is not good; 2. The imaging examination suggests the inner side Single-compartment osteoarthritis changes, the lateral compartment is good, the patellofemoral compartment is normal or mildly degenerated; 3. Preoperative knee mobility>90°, flexion contracture <10°, varus deformity <10°; 4. The knee joint is stable, without any cruciate ligament or collateral ligament insufficiency; 5. Oxford unicondyle replacement surgery is applied.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute or repeated infection of the knee joint; 2. Inflammatory joint disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis, pigmented villonodular synovitis, psoriatic arthritis, pseudogouty arthritis, etc; 3. Bone fusion of the knee joint, stiff knee and severe deformity osteoarthritis.
