Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with blood tumor disease; 2. Aged from 1 to 14 years, weighing less than 30kg; 3. Patients with platelet transfusion indications, and who agreed to receive platelet transfusion treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with peripheral blood platelet counts more than 50x10^9 / L; 2. Contraindication for platelet transfusion, heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, thrombocytic thrombocytopenia purpura, hemolytic uremic syndrome, etc.
