Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old, male or female; 2. Meet the 1999 World Health Organization diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. Patients who have received subcutaneous injection of insulin into their abdomen at least once a day for more than 1 year; 4.Voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the relevant informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications such as acute infection and ketoacidosis; 2. Current use of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists requiring subcutaneous abdominal injection; 3. Patients with known abdominal masses, such as lipoma, cortical gland cyst, subcutaneous cyst, etc; 4. Complicated with inflammatory abdominal skin lesions such as psoriasis and eczema; 5. Known or likely to be allergic to medical ultrasound couplings; 6. General information collection or clinical physical examination cannot be completed; 7. Patients with previous abdominal surgery and obvious scar; 8. Frequent or recent severe hypoglycemia; 9. Pregnant women; 10. Concomitant mental illness and cognitive dysfunction and inability to take care of themselves.
