Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Vascular Parkinsons Syndrome between the ages of 18 and 85, in line with the "Latest Diagnostic Method for the Definition of Vascular Parkinsons Syndrome Subtypes" proposed by the Expert Working Group in 2018, and in line with the Fourth Edition of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Psychiatry Depression Standard diagnosis of seizures; 2.If there is a combination of anti-Parkinson's drugs, the anti-Parkinson's drug regimen and dose should be stable for >=28 days, and the dose should be maintained during the treatment period; 3.The subject or his legal guardian can comply with the research protocol and visit plan; 4.The patient or his legal guardian agrees to participate in this trial and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome caused by toxins and drugs; 2. Patients with severe persistent head tremor; 3. People with severe hearing loss, vision loss, severe language impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate with neuropsychological assessment; 4. People with other serious neurological/mental diseases and other serious organic diseases; 5. There are contraindications to the use of rTMS ; 6. There are contraindications for MRI scans (including metal implants, retractors, braces, or claustrophobia, etc).
