Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with TKA operation indications who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. The patient volunteered and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Past or recent history of taking opioids; 2. Patients who are unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent, have mental illness, and are unable to complete the postoperative pain score; 3. There was a history of opioid, glucocorticoid or sulfonamide allergy before operation; 4. Patients who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery; 5. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. Researchers think that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
