Interventions

Dietary intervention group only:Subjects were encouraged to make dietary adjustments according to the dietary guidance plan, including increasing intake of dietary protein, long-chain polyunsaturated
Exercise intervention group only:Subjects were encouraged to adjust their exercise according to the exercise guidance program, including 40-60 minutes of medium and high intensity exercise every day,
Comprehensive intervention group:Subjects are encouraged to adjust their diet and exercise according to the dietary guidance plan and exercise guidance plan, and a complete version of APP software wit
Control group:Inform about sarcopenia related knowledge and hazards, and carry out diet and exercise education, but no APP is provided

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly people in the community, aged 65 to 75 years old; 2. Able to walk independently; 3. Use smart phones for more than 3 years or be able to use smart phones proficiently; 4. Living in the community for more than 2 years and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction; 2. Infectious diseases from diseases of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney; 3. Pain and dysfunction of hip and knee; 4. Recent history of trauma, fracture or surgery and other diseases that are inappropriate or unable to exercise; 5. Take drugs that affect the research (thyroid function drugs, hormone drugs, long-term use of steroid drugs, weight-loss drugs, etc).
