Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with ECC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. On long-term use of antibiotics, or used antibiotics recently; 2. With dental trauma or dental emergencies; 3. Parents or guardians refused to sign the informed consent.
