40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first stroke, which meets the diagnostic criteria, is stable after medical treatment; 2. aged from 40 to 80 years; 3. The onset time is 2 weeks-6 months; 4. The Edinburgh Handedness Inventory test is right-handed; 5. Upper limbs and hands with hemiplegia, Brunnstrom's hemiplegia function rating is II-VI; 6. Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire assessment, with a score of >=25 points, and a motor imagination ability; 7. Able to cooperate with sports imagination training; 8. Subjects or their legal guardians (if necessary) understand and voluntarily join this research trial, and sign the "Informed Consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Simplified Cognitive State Checklist <27 points); (2) Combined with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, arrhythmia, etc; (3) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and research.
