Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023, very early / Ultra preterm infants with gestational age less than 32 + 0 weeks were admitted to each research unit, and their parents were willing to participate in the study and were able to follow up regularly to 18 months of adjusted age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Stillbirth at birth; 2. The family members in the delivery room gave up rescue treatment and died; 3. After admission to neonatal intensive care unit, infants died because of critical illness or social and economic reasons.
