18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA grade II or III; 3. Obese patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery(BMI>=30kg/m2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway; 2. Past history of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months before surgery; 3. Preoperative abnormal liver and renal function; 4. Patients with neuromuscular diseases are taking drugs that affect the duration and intensity of neuromuscular block drugs; 5. Hypercalcemia or hypocalcemia; 6. Allergies to the drugs used; 7. History of malignant high fever; 8. Neostigmine, atropine and calcium with contraindication; 9. Participating in other relevant clinical trials or refusing to participate in the trials; 10. Attending estimated surgical time 4h.
