Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients of HIV antibody positive, confirmed by Western Blot confirmation test; 3. HIV infected individuals or healthy controls who have received the second shot of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The second dose of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine is more than 28 days; 2. Patients with severe opportunistic infections that have not been controlled before enrollment; 3. Patents who accompanied by chronic hepatitis B, chronic hepatitis C and active tuberculosis; 4. Patients who accompanied by malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and other diseases that seriously endanger the immune function; 5. Patients with intellectual or language barriers, unable to fully understand the content of the test or provide good cooperation.
