18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neck with upper limb pain; 2. Visual analogue scale of pain (VAS) >=4; 3. Pain duration >=6 months; 4. Neck tenderness or limited movement; 5. Cervical magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed inclusive disc herniation, which was no more than 1/3 of the central spinal canal, and the height of the disc was >=50% compared with the normal adjacent disc; 6. The effect of oral drugs or other conservative treatment is not good.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from mental disorders, spinal fractures and coagulation disorders.
