18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are older than 18 years old and younger than 60 years old under general anesthesia for thyroidectomy; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 3. Body mass index BMI>18kg/m2, and BMI<30kg/m2; 4. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hyperthyroidism; 2. Patients with mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients with allergies; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Patients who recently participated in other studies.
