Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with schizophrenia according to DSM-IV; 2. Aged 18-59 years; 3. Han nationality; 4. Patients or legal guardians were informed of the study and signed informed consent; 5. Patients with first episode without antipsychotic treatment or relapse did not use antipsychotics in recent two months; 6. Patients who are willing to use olanzapine alone according to doctor's advice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metabolic syndrome; 2. Comorbidity of other mental disorders; 3. There is a serious or unstable physical disease; 4. There was a history of alcohol or drug abuse in the past 12 months, and a history of dependence in the past 6 months; 5. Have a serious history of drug allergy or susceptible individuals; 6. Contraindications of betahistine.
