18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Symptomatic ICAS lesion in the anterior circulation; 2.Aged from 18 to 85 years; 3.50% to 99% stenosis of the targeted vessels defined by TCD/CTA/MRA/DSA; 4.Informed consent by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed Moyamoya disease, vasculitis, vascular dissection, and other non-atherosclerotic stenoses; 2.The degree of ipsilateral stenosis was more than 50%; 3.Large cerebral infarction (>=1/2) and mRS > 3 identified by DWI; 4.Antiplatelet drugs or statins are contraindicated; 5.MRI cannot be completed due to metal implants or claustrophobia.
