Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Aged from 18 to 70 years; 3.ASA grade I-II; 4.LVEF>50%; 5.Expected operation time is greater than 120min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient refused to participate in the study and did not sign the informed consent; 2.Severe lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, asthma, pneumothorax, previous chest surgery history such as lobectomy, etc; 3.Severe cardiovascular disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Have a history of neuromuscular dysfunction; 5.BMI>=30kg/m2; 6.Preoperative blood oxygen saturation<=90%.
