Age
50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BPH patients aged 50-85 years; 2. Prostate volume = 8 points; 5. Qmax < 15ml/s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurogenic disease; 2. Acute urinary tract infections and not effectively controlled; 3. Factors of lower urinary tract obstruction except BOO (such as urethral stricture,urethral tumour); 4. History of radiotherapy or operation in lower urinary tract or pelvis; 5. Bladder tumor,prostatic cancer.
