Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction and have the indication to undergo primary percutaneous coronary intervention; 2.More than 18 years old; 3.Patients have signed informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate with the follow-up for various reasons; 2. Patients with previous history of CABG; 3. The patients with severe diseases such as tumor and life expectancy less than or equal to 1 year; 4. Patients with severe left ventricular dysfunction or hemodynamic instability; 5. Multiple lesions or only one functional coronary artery remained; 6. Allergic to contrast medium; 7. Acute and chronic renal failure; 8. Infarct related vessel diameter > 6 mm or left main artery lesions.
