48 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged younger than 85 years; 2. Maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax) less than 15 ml/s; 3. Transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) prostate volume less than 150 ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurogenic bladder; 2. First BPH surgery failure; 3. Diagnosis of prostate cancer; 4. Urethral or bladder-neck stricture.
