Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke within 2-48 hours of onset; 2. TOAST classification considered large artery atherosclerosis; 3. Aged 35-80 years old; 4. NIHSS 4 to 24; 5. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage or infarction hemorrhage transformation at the time of onset; 2.He had a history of cerebral infarction in the past six months; 3.Claustrophobia or other reasons can not cooperate with the completion of MRI patients; 4.Patients who participated in other clinical trials or could not comply with the study protocol for other reasons.
