18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA: I or II; 2.Aged from 18 to 65 years; 3.BMI: 18.5-25kg/m2; 4.Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction > 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor positioning of double-lumen tube, poor OLV ventilation, and pulse oxygen saturation<90%; 2.History of cardiac surgery, severe coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and heart block and other serious arrhythmias; 3.Severe lung disease, recent cold, fever, cough, sputum, lung infection; 4.A history of neurological and psychiatric diseases, long-term use of psychiatric drugs; 5.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 6.The limbs have thrombosis, vascular lesions, fractures, displacement, deformities, etc.
