Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the diagnostic criteria of the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular diseases in 1995; 2. Initial, unilateral onset or previous episodes without neurological impairment; 3. Aged from 30 to 80 years, <12 months post-stroke; 4. The patient's condition is stable and vital sign is stable; 5. Clear awareness and can be used for training and evaluation; 6. Hemiplegic lateral hand Brunnstrom stage I to IV; 7. The passive range of motion of hemiplegic wrist joint is normal; 8. Sign the consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke in progression; 2. Complication of severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and infection diseases; 3. Wearing a cardiac pacemaker; 4. Motor dysfunction due to other causes before the onset of stroke; 5. Brainstem hemorrhage or infarction; 6. Lateral neglect; 7. Had intramuscular botulinum toxin injections in any upper-extremity muscle within 3 months before enrollment.
