18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The included subjects were pregnant subjects undergoing Down's screening at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from 2018 to 2020, with OGTT and HbA1c indicators to diagnose gestational diabetes, and with 7-18 weeks of routine biochemical glycolipid data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple births; 2. A history of type 1 or type 2 diabetes before pregnancy; 3. Lack of Downs screening test for 7 to 16 weeks.
