18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with ACR1984 AS standard or one of the diagnostic criteria of axial spinal arthritis issued by ASAS in 2009; 2. With axial joint involvement (low back pain or reduced range of motion in the chest and spine); 3. The total score of ASDAS was <2.1; 4. The COB Angle of spinal curvature is less than 40 degrees; 5. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 6. Patients informed and consented to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary or primary severe pathological changes, mental illness, or tumor of the target organs of each system; 2. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 3. Severe spinal deformation beyond the adjustment range of the orthopaedic apparatus in this study; 4. Attending to participate in other clinical studies; 5. Patients who are allergic or have contraindaints on the drug involved in the study; 6. Any circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
