Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients, aged 40-60 years old, BMI18.5-23.9 grade Asa I or II, who underwent elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia in our hospital were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated with severe respiratory and circulatory diseases, nervous system diseases, mental and psychological diseases, history of chronic pain, obvious abnormalities of liver and kidney function, pregnant and lactating women.
