Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The first diagnosis was breast cancer (stage I-III) by clinical pathology, according to 2020 CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Breast Cancer; 2.The operation method was modified radical resection; 3. aged >=18 years old; 4.Have Internet access, and use WeChat daily; 5.Have normal understanding and communication skills; 6.Have a plan to return to the hospital for re-examination, and a 6-month follow-up can be completed; 7.Know their own condition; 8.Informed consent and volunteer to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment or other mental illness (DSM 5th); 2. Combined with other cancers or serious heart, brain, lung and other diseases; 3. Patients with bilateral breast cancer, distant metastasis or recurrence, or in critical condition; 4. Upper limb disability or edema symptoms such as cardiogenic, nephrogenic, and malnutrition. 5. Participate in other lymphedema related research projects at the same time.
