18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were admitted to the ICU from September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2021, were unable to be off-line and extubated due to respiratory decompensation or failed spontaneous breathing tests, and required tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form to voluntarily participate in this retrospective researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with airway bleeding, airway deformity, inhalation lung burns and other conditions and anatomical abnormalities.
