Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the RA classification criteria of the 2010 ACR/EULAR; 2.DAS28<=3.2; 3. More than 3 joint deformities and dysfunctions; 4. Fatigue; 5. The medical history is greater than or equal to 5 years; 6. It is in line with the syndrome of TCM deficiency of spleen and kidney combined with dampness, poison and blood stasis; 7. 18 years old to 65 years old; 8. Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organ disease or mental illness; 2. Patients who are allergic to the drugs involved in the study protocol or who have contraindications.
