Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary registration, good health, sufficient time to participate in activities, no obvious physical disability, first-degree relatives without mental illness; Psychotherapy that has not been attended; After PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scales, the patients had mild and moderate depression and anxiety symptoms. Signed informed consent, willing to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There is no time for participation; Primary relatives have mental illness; Other mental disorders; Attending or attending psychotherapy; After ph-da-9-d-7 scale, it has severe depression and anxiety.
