18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first unilateral stroke, diagnosed by MRI or CT; 2. Age between 18-75 years old, male or female; 3. Subacute stroke patients: within 3 months after stroke; 4. Ashworth grading>1+; 5. Good cognitive function, MMSE>=21 points; 6. Willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of epilepsy or post-stroke epilepsy; 2. Contraindications to rTMS (such as intracranial implants, pacemakers or pregnancy, implanted drug pumps, etc.); 3. Severe skull fracture; 4. Muscle contracture; 5. Use of drugs that may lower the seizure threshold within 3 months; 6. Have serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases and cannot tolerate training; 7. Participate in other clinical studies 6 months before the trial.
