Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chronic subdural hematoma was diagnosed by CT 2.Unilateral hematoma 3.Trabecular hematoma on CT 4.High density hematoma volume 10mm, midline shift > 5mm)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.High density hematoma volume = 50% of total hematoma volume 2.Bilateral hematomas 3.Hematoma caused by intracranial vascular disease (aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, etc.) 4.Recurrent chronic subdural hematoma
