25 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females of childbearing age aged 25-50 years old, HPV negative/positive, cytology or colposcopy (localization biopsy) or histological examination is normal/LSIL/HSIL/cervical cancer patients; 2. Women with a history of sexual life; 3. Non-menstrual period at the time of specimen collection, no vaginal douching, vaginal medication or intercourse 3 days before sampling; 4. Obtain informed consent or be able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 pregnant women; 2. During the follow-up process, women of childbearing age who plan to become pregnant and clearly indicate that they will not receive follow-up after pregnancy; 3. History of cervical surgery, hysterectomy or sub-resection; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and lung insufficiency, autoimmune diseases; complicated with severe cerebrovascular diseases; patients with severe mental disorders; 5. There is a history of antibiotic use in the past 4 weeks; 6. Other subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
