25 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age between 20 and 45 years old, with childbearing needs; 2. Patients with double cervical complete septate uterus diagnosed by pelvic MRI three-dimensional reconstruction; 3. Those who can tolerate hysteroscopic surgery; 4. Obtain informed consent or be able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who suffer from endometrial lesions, malignant tumors of the uterus and appendages, fallopian tube diseases, reproductive endocrine diseases, etc. that affect pregnancy; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, mental disorders, etc. who cannot tolerate surgery; 3. Patients with acute genital tract inflammation and infection, combined with genital tract without systemic anti-tuberculosis treatment; 4. History of uterine perforation or uterine surgery in the past 3 months; 5. Patients without follow-up conditions; 6. Other subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
