Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with macular membrane:age 40-80 years old, refractive error inside +3D and -3D, a clear history of vision loss and metamorphopsia, and confirmed as monocular anterior macular membrane by fundus examination and OCT examination. Inclusion criteria for patients with macular hole: age 40-80 years old, refractive error inside +3D and -3D, a clear history of vision loss, metamorphopsia and occlusion of dark shadow, and a diagnosis of macular hole in one eye by fundus examination and OCT examination. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: age 40-80 years old, refractive error inside +3D and -3D, no fundus diseases or other eye diseases affecting visual function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, retinal detachment, age-related macular degeneration and other eye diseases; 2. Recurrent and secondary anterior macular membrane or macular hole; 3. With a history of eye trauma; 4. Glaucoma patients; 5. Preoperative or postoperative interstitial state of refraction seriously affected OCT and OCTA examination, and the signal strength index lower than 6 out of 10; 6. Severe postoperative complications may affect visual function: Such as vitreous hemorrhage or persistent high intraocular pressure leads to secondary glaucoma and so on; 7. Patients with severe systemic diseases: For example, patients with grade 3 hypertension, poorly controlled long-term diabetes (FBG higher than 12mmol/L), chronic renal failure or renal insufficiency; 8.The postoperative follow-up time was less than 6 months.
